Red Bank keeps busy. Between the train to the city, long days downtown, and evenings out on Broad Street, a lot of Red Bank dogs spend more of the day alone than their owners would like. Top Dog Pet Care offers weekday dog walks in Red Bank from a local, insured walker based just down the road in Eatontown. We’ve been walking dogs in this part of Monmouth County for ten years.
Midday walks for commuters
If you take the train from Red Bank station or drive north for work, a 9-to-5 can easily turn into 11 hours away from home. A midday walk splits that time in half. Your dog gets a bathroom break, some fresh air, and a bit of company, and you come home to a calmer dog and fewer accidents.
We set walks on a weekly schedule built around your work week, the same days and roughly the same time each week. Consistency like that is good for dogs, and it also means you aren’t texting a different person every morning hoping someone can come.
Apartments, condos, and downtown homes
Plenty of Red Bank dogs live in apartments and condos near the river or downtown, without a yard of their own. For them, a walk is the only real outing of the day. That’s where our 25–30 minute Social Walk is worth it.

Red Bank’s riverfront: Marine Park
For dogs living near the east side of downtown, Marine Park off East Front Street, beside the Navesink River, is a lovely place to walk. The borough’s park rules ask that dogs stay leashed (Red Bank’s ordinance caps leashes at six feet) and that owners clean up after them. Pets aren’t allowed during special events, which Marine Park hosts often in the warmer months, and they’re never allowed on the ball fields. We follow those rules and check for events before heading there.
Red Bank dog walking FAQ
Can you walk my dog while I’m at work in the city?
Yes. Midday weekday walks for commuters are exactly what we’re set up for.
My dog is a puppy. Is a 15-minute walk a good start?
Often, yes. Short, frequent potty breaks work well for young puppies, and you can switch to Social Walks as your puppy grows.
Do you charge more for Red Bank?
No. Red Bank prices are the same as in all of our towns: $27 for a Social Walk and $19 for a Relief Walk.
